Facilities for people with special needs
Victoria NHS Walk-in Centre has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are available for the deaf and the Centre can also provide translation services if required.
Confidentiality and access to records
Victoria NHS Walk-in Centre is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and follows all statutory requirements regarding confidentiality, including the appropriate guidelines for information security.
You have a right to access information we hold about you. To apply for access to your information you should contact the centre manager on 0207 340 1190.
Complaints and comments
Care UK makes every effort to ensure good customer service and patient satisfaction. If, however, you are in any way dissatisfied with the service received and would like to make a complaint please contact the reception desk for a copy of our complaints procedure. Please note, your local NHS complaints procedure is also open to you, please contact the local Primary Care Trust for more information.
